A testimonial for FHI Windows and how this client loves their sales process FHI Windows TestimonialAfter having a few other window companies coming to our home and quoting our window project we started to look for a low pressure company. Everyone seemed to offer nice windows but the high prices and "calls to managers" to get us discounts seemed like something out of a bad movie. We loved the NewPro Windows triple pane windows but their sales games really turned us off. We found a blog where a couple people recommended Charles Faust and FHI so we gave Charles a call. After a few minutes of talking to Charles on the phone, he directed us to a page on his website that lists all of his prices. While the prices were lower than New Pro they were a little higher than some of the other bids that we got. Charles asked us a bunch of questions about our project and provided us with a quote over the phone that actually matched the prices on his site plus the options that we picked. We decided that if he came to our home and honored his over the phone prices without any silly sales tricks or pressure we would do business with his company. We were shocked that unlike the 3 other sales people that came to our home, Charles honored his prices and did not pressure us at all! About 3 or 4 weeks after we signed the contract for our windows they were installed. Our windows took most of a day for Charles and his worker to install. They used canvas runners on our floors and shop vac'ed our floors even though we keep telling them they we would clean up after they were done. We love our new windows and have referred FHI Windows to a few of our friends. Charles, as you requested we will try to keep track of our heating bills for the next year and let you know how much we saved with your triple pane windows. Please delete our last name and contact information if you put this on your website, it's ok if people want to call us for a reference, thanks again. Donna and Mark, |
