Vinyl Replacement Windows Can Last a Day or a Lifetime
Question: How long do vinyl windows last?
Answer: It depends on the quality of the vinyl windows that you purchase. I've seen cheap vinyl replacement windows that failed within a couple months after they were installed. I've also seen vinyl windows that are 40 years old that work just fine. Take a look at my article on "the real cost of $200 replacement windows" you will see how cheap windows are the most expensive windows that you can buy over time.
I feel that if you buy a best rated replacement window then you should expect over 50 years from your new windows. If you buy your windows from a good window company that services what they sell you will have no problem with replacement parts if they are ever needed. Good luck on your project!
